This is going to be a great part of the conference, and we look forward to seeing everyone there!

  • Diamond & Technology Level Sponsor: One (1) Eight Foot Draped (Red Linen) Table
  • Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald Level Sponsor: One (1) Six Foot Draped (Blue Linen) Table

Wi-Fi: Wireless internet is included

Table Sign: A table sign with your company name will be provided.
Note:  Table number/locations will be assigned very close to event, so please just note your company on any shipments and forms.

Food and Beverage Samples

IMPORTANT: You do have the option of sampling any current IHOP menu items; if applicable and this is optional. There will be box handling fees and kitchen prep fees if applicable. Please refer to the attached Vendor Exhibitor Order Form.

  • Packages arrival recommendation between September 20th and September 24th. Hotel has no pickup or deliveries on Weekends.
  • Hotel handling fees will apply to Inbound and Outbound shipments.
  • No booth/table number is needed prior. Will assign close to event and will have on site. Just note your name and company name on shipment.
  • Keep your shipment tracking information.
  • At close of the Trade Show at 5:30pm, please pre label and seal your packages. The hotel Business Center is next to trade show location near Starbucks. Business center is open to assist until approximately 6:00pm.

Other Notes and Rules

  • No Pop-Up Booths (no large structures) allowed.
  • A self-standing pull up banner is allowed but must be positioned behind your table.
  • Area for Trade Show can get breezy. Thus, we can provide some local rocks to weigh paper down. If you have a pull up banner that has a tendency to blow over, bring some weight for the base.
  • Table Numbers will not be assigned ahead of time.  Look for assistance during setup.
  • Expect around 500 attendees walking around the Trade Show. Bring giveaways and handout items in quantities that you feel are necessary.
  • You are welcome to cover your table with a logo table drape.
  • Table must be moved out by 6:00pm on Thursday.
  • Table must have staff member present during Showcase hours.
  • Please do not leave anything of value in the Showcase area when not present.
  • Conference name badges must be worn at all times during the event in order to access conference related activities.
  • Table must be ready for Vendor Showcase by 2:30pm on Thursday.
